

Seán Griffin

In a career spanning 55 years and over 150 productions Seán has acted, directed and coached across the United States and Europe. He has worked in most regional theaters including The Mark Taper Forum, The Long Wharf Theater, Cleveland Playhouse, The Goodman Theater, The 5th Avenue Theatre, The Seattle Rep, Theater Under the Stars and Shakespeare Theatre in Washington DC to name a few.
He has performed on Broadway in Dancing at Lughnasa, Ned and Jack (directed by Colleen Dewhust), The National Health, Ah! Wilderness, Poor Murderer and The Queen and the Rebels.
His film credits include: Coffee Notes, The Book of Stars, The Dark Horse, Sleep Tight, and November.
On television he has appeared in: Ally McBeal, ER, Malcolm In The Middle, Titus, Grounded For Life, Girlfriends, Fired Up, Northern Exposure, Murder She Wrote and starred in the PBS series The Best of Families with William Hurt, Sigourney Weaver and Milo O’Shea.
Seán has been a proud member of Actors Equity since 1968.
