Phillip Andrew Santiago (Young Julio) returns to Actors' Playhouse after appearing in Evita last season. Having studied at Miami Acting Studio, he has spent the past three years performing in South Florida. Phillip’s regional credits include Gloria, Rock Odyssey, Summer Shorts 2017, Love and Human Remains, Venus, The Who's Tommy, Funny Girl, The Little Mermaid and Young Frankenstein.
